1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ALUSNA you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always available on this page, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

2. Service description

ALUSNA provides general design assistance — color palettes, color matching, gradients, color scales, contrast checking, typography, design tokens, and brand kits — running entirely in your browser without an account. The service is provided as-is.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you use ALUSNA for or on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use the site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with, perform unauthorized security testing on, or degrade the availability of the service.
• Distribute malware, malicious code, or unlawful content.
• Infringe another party's intellectual property, including using assets without permission.
• Abuse the site through excessive automated access (aggressive scraping or automated load).
• Misuse ALUSNA's name, brand, or reputation.

5. User content and assets

All rights in files, images, fonts, and data you load remain with their owner. Because ALUSNA processes those assets entirely in your browser and never receives them on a server, no license to your assets is granted to ALUSNA. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use every asset you load.

6. Output

Color palettes, design tokens, Brand Kits, and other output you generate with ALUSNA are entirely yours and free to use for any purpose, including commercial use.

7. ALUSNA intellectual property

ALUSNA's name, brand, source code, interface, and design are protected by intellectual property law. You are not granted a license to copy, modify, or distribute those elements beyond what the service's function itself provides.

8. Availability and changes

The service may change for security, compatibility, or product improvement reasons, with or without prior notice. Continuous availability is not guaranteed, and no service-level commitment (SLA) applies to this free service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, or freedom from interruption. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, asset licensing, accessibility, and output suitability before production use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALUSNA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. ALUSNA's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid ALUSNA in the last twelve months, which is generally zero because the service is free.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold ALUSNA harmless from third-party claims arising from your violation of these terms or from assets you load without sufficient rights or permissions.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
