Advertising and Affiliate Policy
How ALUSNA labels sponsorships, advertisements, and affiliate links without affecting tool results.

1. General principles
ALUSNA is free and may be supported by openly disclosed commercial funding. Our principles: every paid placement is clearly labeled, never disguised as an application control, and never affects tool results.
2. Ad and sponsor slots
Sponsor slots render only when fully configured. Every slot is labeled “Ad / Sponsor”, uses the rel="sponsored" link attribute, and is never placed or styled to look like a primary application control.
3. Affiliate links
ALUSNA may earn a commission through affiliate links. That commission does not influence color-generator output, typography recommendations, design tokens, or accessibility assessments. Tool assessments are always independent of any commercial relationship.
4. Support and donation buttons
The support/donation button is a separate slot from advertising and is not marked as a commercial placement — donations are community support, not advertising. The button renders only when fully configured, opens a third-party platform in a new tab, and all transactions are processed by that platform.
5. Data and advertising
No third-party ad network scripts are active by default, and ALUSNA collects no server-side data to sell or share with advertisers. Before any advertising provider is activated, we will review CSP policy, consent mechanisms (including consent for behavioral advertising), privacy policy, and regional requirements per the provider's documentation — and update this policy before activation.
6. Reporting
If you find an unlabeled, misleading, or policy-violating commercial placement, report it through the contact listed in the Contact section. Reports are reviewed and acted upon.
